Our Story

The term ‘self care’ was a heavily used concept in the civil rights movement. The Black Panther Party, Black, and Latinx feminist writers used radical self-care to take command of their health and wellness. Self-care became an act of appreciation, and acceptance, for one’s mind and body as it was and is. This ideology is what the HeyLashesss beauty and self care experience is all about! Whether you're a working wife, mother, a student, or even just getting spruced up for an upcoming event, HeyLashesss is here to make women of all kinds look and feel amazing!

How often do I wash my lashes?

All clients are encouraged to wash lashes every other day to maintain health of extensions and natural lashes.

How often should I get a fill?

Lash fills are recommended every two to three weeks to maintain health, and maintenance of extensions and natural lashes.

Can I wear makeup with my lash extensions?

Eye makeup is permitted for use with any lash service; oil free makeup is recommended.

Can I get my lashes wet?

Lashes can get wet, although, it is encouraged to not have them submerged in any type of moisture for extended periods of time.

Can I workout with lash extensions?

Working out, along with any type of normal routine, is permitted with any lash service. If activity requires sweat near eye area, it is recommended to wait 24 hours after service. Pat dry if wet.

Can I change the style of my lash extensions?

Clients always have the option to change length and style of lashes during each session.

Refund/Shipping Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

You are able to cancel an order, as long as it has not been shipped. Please contact heylashesss@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll be more than happy to process your cancellation.

RETURN/ EXCHANGES

*ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS*

Due to sanitary purposes, we will not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If an item is damaged or broken, please contact us within business days of receiving the package, at heylashesss@gmail.com. Please provide order number and image of package.

Processing time 1-2 business days, Shipping time approximately 1-5 business days (First Class/ Ground Advantage)
